Poppy Cottage is a wonderful retreat in beautiful Norfolk, conveniently situated just outside the village of Docking and within easy each of the coast at Heacham and Hunstanton.

With modern interiors and stylish decor, you will feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Entering into the lounge, there are lovely views to the front and rear with comfortable sofas, charming electric wood-burner effect fire and television so you can cosy up and relax after a long day of exploring the local area. With a separate kitchen diner, there is plenty of space for socialising, with the dining table comfortably seating six people and views to the front and back. The kitchen is very well equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, full oven, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, meaning you will have everything on hand to cook up your favourite holiday cuisine!

Upstairs, the bedrooms are light, well dressed and spacious, with beautiful views out over the countryside. The master has front and rear views out over the countryside, a king-size bed, with a en-suite comprising shower enclosure, basin and WC. The second bedroom has views to the front and a double bed with ample storage space, and the third bedroom has views to the rear with full size single bunk beds, suitable for either adults or children. The main family bathroom is modern and tiled, with a full size bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Outside, there is a generous enclosed garden to the rear, with garden furniture on the patio. Great for spending time outdoors, bringing a BBQ or enjoying a touch of evening sunshine after exploring the local area. There is ample off-road parking a short walk from the cottage, with space for 2 cars.

Locally, there is plenty to see and do, with Docking providing ample amenities close by, including a great selection of pubs, cafes restaurants and independent shops, and a local market on a Wednesday. The coast is only a 10 minute drive away, with plenty of various stretches of the coastline to enjoy to the north and to the west. Other local attractions include, the Royal Sandringham Estate, abundant winter bird watching and the popular town of Brancaster.

All ground floor rooms are on the level, doorways are standard widths. All bathrooms and bedrooms on the upper floors.

Towels are not provided with this property so you will need to bring your own.
Up to a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but they must strictly stay on the ground floor level at all times, please clean up the garden after your dog.
