Brand new to Finest Retreats for 2023, Rosewood House boasts a stylish and contemporary interior, featuring bright and airy rooms with large windows that flood the space with natural light. The living room is a welcoming space, with plush sofas, armchairs and a cosy woodburner, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day spent exploring the local area. The beautiful kitchen with granite worktops and island is fully equipped with modern appliances, including large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, wine fridge and coffee machine making it easy to cook up delicious meals for the whole family to enjoy around the dining table.

On the ground floor an additional cloakroom, with WC. Guests also have access to a laundry room upstairs, with washing machine and dryer.

The property can accommodate up to four guests across two generously sized bedrooms, each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious superking-size bed and an en-suite shower, boasting superb sea views across the coast. A cot is available for an infant up to the age of three.

The second bedroom offers a double, with wardrobe space. Plus, additional family bathroom with shower, bath, basin and WC.

Outside, the cliff top location features a beautiful south facing terrace and patio, complete with outdoor furniture and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. The beach is a few minutes’ walk away along a private pathway, offering easy access for swimming, surfing and other water sports.

Rosewood House is located just a short walk from Holcombe village centre, home to two local pubs and provides an excellent base to discover both Dawlish and Teignmouth along the South West coast path. Teignmouth is a stunning coastal town with historic Georgian buildings, long sandy beaches, and fresh local food. Dawlish, also well known for its beautiful beaches, quaint shops, and stunning coastal scenery. The town is also well-connected, with regular train and bus services linking it to other popular destinations in Devon and beyond.
