In an excellent location with many routes to a vast array of places to visit such as Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal, Ripley Castle or visit the cities of York and Leeds, offering a host of places to eat, sights to see and memories to make. This is the perfect base for exploring some of the hidden treasures of Yorkshire. The famous Wetherby, York and Ripon racecourses are nearby, while also being a perfect base to explore all that the area has to offer walkers alike.

Upon entering Cloggers Cottage, the hallways leads off to the kitchen & dining area, but not before the warmth of the living room welcomes you, walls decorated with local photographs lends to the history of the village and ample seating for all guests, plus electric fire and television assists to relax the evenings away.

The well equipped kitchen and dining area for six gives everything you should need to cook up a feast and serve up a platter, whilst it incorporates a utility area with dishwasher and washer/dryer. At the rear through the kitchen door is your own small decked area with outdoor seating.

To comfortably sleep up to 5 guests, the king sized master bedroom has a stunning bronze iron bed, front views and seating area. A second bedroom consists of a double bed whilst a third bedroom has a full sized single bed. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. There is on-street parking available to the front of the property. Parking is shared with neighbours and on a first come, first served basis.
