On the ground floor, you'll find two double bedrooms, one bunk bedroom, and three modern bathrooms. The beautiful property boasts an inviting and luxurious atmosphere, perfect for socializing and relaxing with friends and family.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you'll need to cook up delicious meals during your stay, including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven and boiling water tap with a dining table for the whole family to enjoy a meal with amazing countryside views. There is an additional kitchenette on the ground floor ideal for catering for larger groups.

The mezzanine level boasts a cosy lounge area on one side of the barn with Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and a further library room with a selection of books to enjoy during your stay.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Find two additional bathrooms on this level, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind in comfort and privacy. One double sofa bed can be made up in the library, with an additional double sofa bed in the sunroom. Two single pull-out beds can also be made up on request for smaller children.

Outside, the property offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh country air, with a dining area perfect for alfresco meals with stunning views. Whether you're looking to explore the local area or simply relax and soak up the tranquil atmosphere, Shoots Barn is the perfect base for your next family gathering or retreat with friends.

Colestocks is a small rural area located in Devon, characterized by rolling hills, verdant fields, and picturesque countryside landscapes. Guests may enjoy scenic walks, with local pubs a short stroll away and various cycling routes available.

The city of Exeter is 14 miles from the property. You can visit Exeter Cathedral, one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture in the country. Visitors can take guided tours, climb the tower for panoramic views of the city, and explore the ancient crypt.

For walkers, the Jurassic coast stretching from Exmouth to Studland Bay in Dorset is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and boasts stunning natural beauty, geological wonders, and plenty of opportunities for hiking, rock pooling, and fossil hunting. Enjoy the regency seaside town of Sidmouth, an impressive coastline surrounded by spectacular countryside and Blue Flag award winning beaches.

For families, and only a 5-minute drive away is Wildwood Escot with 220 acres of parkland, steeped in history and filled with beautiful plants and champion trees. Meet Wildwood Escot’s wolves, lynx, family of otters, stunning birds of prey and other amazing animals.

Shoots Barn is suitable for up to 12 adults, with 4 additional children welcome when sleeping on the single pull-out beds. Ideal for families getting together is a scenic spot!
