Children can skip straight from the house to the lawn and then on to the beach, dogs can scamper around and surf to their heart's content. A wonderfully deceptive home that absorbs everyone with a great atmosphere.

Only an hour and half from London this is a perfect all year-round beach retreat. Perfect venue for GoodWood, Southend Barns and all that West Sussex has to offer.

Parking is available for up to three vehicles on the driveway. The house is a wonderful base to explore the many places to explore in West Sussex or just relax in the beautiful surroundings with family and friends.
