Sehr schönes und gepflegtes kleines Rustico inmitten eigenem Rebberg im Verzascatal. Vom Parkplatz führen knapp 50 Treppenstufen zum Rustico. Das kleine Haus verfügt über zwei abschließbare Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche /WC im Obergeschoss. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich der Eingangsbereich mit dem Wohnzimmer und offener Küche. Der Schwedenofen sorgt auch in kühleren Tagen für angenehme Wärme. Im Aussenbereich befinden sich zwei Sitzplätze (Liegestühle) zum verweilen. Tischtennistisch zur Mitbenutzung. Parkplatz vorhanden. 
Direkt am Wanderweg gelegen, kann man zu Fuss das ganze Tal erkunden. Locarno und Ascona sind mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gordola und Tenero. Im Stundentakt fahren Busse Richtung Sonogno und Tenero. Für erholsame Ferien steht nichts mehr im Wege...
