Plan your vacation with family or friends in Vercorin VS according to your own wishes - in the architecturally and biologically designed chalet in the Valais mountains. Guaranteed snow in winter at 1,408 meters with an unobstructed 180 degree view of the Bern Alps. There is enough space to relax for 2 to 4 people on 135 m², the 3 bedrooms, 1 multifunctional room (reading, yoga, study, etc.), 1 living room and 2 bathrooms. The large living-dining area is connected to a gallery on the 1st floor. The gallery can be used as a TV or/and working area.

For your comfort in the winter time you can use the ski-cellar und for your convenience you will find a sauna in the ground floor.
In the summer time you can enjoy the afternoon and late sun on the huge south-west terrace with a beautiful view.

Description
The chalet combines modern architectural elements with natural building materials (wood and natural stone) with untreated woods and natural insulation materials in the interior. On the one hand, the chalet is optimized for sun/light and view without missing comfort. The sleeping area is accessible through a separate hallway in which the two bathrooms (1x shower and 1x bath each with toilet) are located.Another bedroom is on the 1st floor accessible from the gallery

The chalet is heated with an air/water heat pump and a heavy Tulikivi soapstone fireplace. The storage characteristics of the soapstone fireplace create a cozy atmosphere even after the fire has gone out. Under -5 degresse requiers the use of both air/water head pump and fireplace.

This chalet can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of two double bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.  Another bedroom with a French bed is located on the ground floor. The living room and the bedrooms on the ground floor are directly connected to the outside area. The living room consists of an open kitchen and a dining area

From the chalet you have direct access to various hiking trails in the Val d’Annivers, to the summits (Cret du Midi, La Brinta, Roc d´Orzival) and in the Val d`Rechy without having to use a car.The ski slope leads as the crow flies around 150 meters past the chalet. Experienced skiers can choose the direct route to the slopes. Alternatively, the free local bus service (Route “Les Liches”) goes directly to the Vercorin gondola station in the high season and on weekends.Further ski areas can be joined in the vicinity in Nax 12 km, Grimentz/Zinal 15 km, St. Luc/Chandolin 17 km, Crans Montana 28 km, Veysonnaz (quatre Vallées) 30 km

In the summer time, a visit to Sion and Sierre is worthwhile, or you can relax after a nice hike on the "Lac des Géronde" (lake with a beautiful lido and swimming pool 12 km in the valley)

A private parking lot for 2 cars is right by the house. Access is via a natural/stone staircase to the garden level. In this respect the access is unfortunately not suitable for disabled persons

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.Animals are not allowed
Due to the galleries in the living and sleeping areas, the house is not suitable for children under the age of 10.
