Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses (Eingang und Zufahrt von oben, keine Treppen, ebenerdig). 
Sie umfasst 2 Stockwerke, im unteren Stockwerk befinden sich die Küche mit Ess- und Wohnzimmer, 1 WC/Dusche und 2 Schlafzimmer. Das 1. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 1 Bett (140cm breit) plus ein Ausziehsofa. Das 2. Zimmer verfügt über 1 Doppelbett (160cm breit). Dazu gibt es einen schönen, sonnigen Balkon mit unverbauter Aussicht gegen Süden.
