Winter garden with view to the garden (heatable with electric stove) and comfortable wicker chairs, large bookcase. Bedroom with double bed, home office station (height adjustable desk, docking station with screen, mouse, keyboard to connect a laptop). Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub incl. shower and WC. Access to small cellar compartment to store skis etc. Parking space in the underground garage. The apartment is on the 1st floor, elevator is not available. Pets are not allowed! Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the final price. Stop of ski bus (to Flims, Laax Falera) and post bus (to Flims, Laax, Falera or direction Ilanz) 50 meters from the apartment. Journey to Laax/ Ilanz about 10 minutes. Cross-country skiing trail in Sagogn within walking distance (approx. 5 minutes), golf course Sagogn (18 holes) reachable by car in 3 minutes. Small grocery store in the village.
