2020 renovierte 21/2 Zimmerwohnung in Orsehlina mit freier Sicht auf Langensee und Berge. 
Ausstattung: Küche und Wohnraumm: Terracottaboden, Schlafraum: Eichenparkett, Bad: Keramik, Sitzplatz Steinplatten. Auf dem Sitzplatz hört man das Rauschen des unmittelbar danebenleigenden Baches. Die Anlage hat ein Schwimmbad zur allgemeinen Benutzung. Die Anlage hat 10 Einheiten, die alle verschieden sind und ihren eigenen Charme haben. Durch die wabenförmige Anordnung kommt man nur mit den unmittelbaren Nachbarn in Kontakt und es ist angenehm ruhig.

Eine Bäckerei mit Café liegt an der Hauptstrasse nach Locarno-Monti (6-7 Minuten zu Fuss). 20 m westlich der Anlage führt ein Treppenweg direkt hinunter zum Bahnhof Locarno (20 Minuten).
