In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Wohnung gibt es eine Bar, Restaurant sowie einen Bootshafen. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist 7 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Alle grösseren Länden befinden sich 10min mit dem Auto entfernt im «Centro Lugano Sud» in Grancia. Wer es mondän möchte, ist in 30min in Como bzw. 45min in Mailand.
