Die Ferienwohnung Falknis befindet sich an sonniger Lage im wunderschönen Maienfeld und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Skiferien, Biketouren und Weindegustationen in der Region. 

Die 1-Zimmerwohnung ist 37 m2 gross und befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoss (Einlegerwohnung). Das Haus steht in einem ruhigen Quartier am Ende einer Sackgasse.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein bequemes Boxspringbett, ein Sofa, welches zum Bettsofa ausgezogen werden kann, sowie einen Fernseher und frei verfügbares WLAN. Die Kochnische hat zwei Kochplatten, einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher und ist mit allem notwendigen Geschirr, sowie Gewürzen, Öl & Essig ausgerüstet. Im angrenzenden Bad befindet sich eine Dusche, sowie ein WC und ein Lavabo.

Zur Wohnung gehört zudem ein gratis Parkplatz sowie ein kleiner Sitzplatz um die Sonne zu geniessen. Bei längerem Aufenthalt kann die Waschküche nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. 

Die Wohnung eignet sich für Alleinreisende oder Paare, sowie für Familien mit maximal zwei Kindern. 

Hausregeln: Nichtraucher, keine Partys & Veranstaltungen, keine Haustiere
