Indoor area
The 4-room apartment (100m2) is comfortably furnished and is located on the 1st floor of the chalet. It offers space for 5 persons and is equipped as follows
Kitchen: Electric cooker with 4 hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, raclette oven, cheese fondue set, dining table with 6 chairs and access to the balcony and seating area.
Living room: seating area with lounge table (sofa with 2 armchairs), TV, radio/CD, mobile phone (will be settled with the landlord when used), books, various games and access to the balcony and seating area.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90x200cm), closet, bedside table, reading lamps and access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200cm), wardrobe, shelves, reading lamps.
Bedroom 3: 1 single bed (90x190cm), chest of drawers, shelf, reading lamp.
Bathroom: Bath with shower, one washbasin, toilet, towel radiator, hair dryer, daylight.
Separate WC: washbasin, toilet, clothes drying rack, daylight.
Entrance area: Open wardrobe.

Outdoor area
You stay in a typical Bernese Oberland chalet. The seating area with mountain and lake views invites you to linger. A garden table with 6 chairs, 3-4 deckchairs and a parasol are available.
A lockable garage belongs to the apartment.

Surroundings
The chalet is situated in a quiet location close to the village centre of Hasliberg-Wasserwendi. The village shop as well as the post bus stop for public transport are within 5 minutes walking distance. The valley station of the mountain railway is about 10 minutes on foot, the ski slope is also about 5 minutes away. The bathing lake including the buvette is about 7 minutes on foot. The next restaurant is about 5 minutes away on foot.

Further information
Free W-Lan is available. A cot (70x140cm) can be added on request. Bed and kitchen linen as well as bath towels (terry cloth) are included in the rent. Also electricity and heating.
The apartment can be reached via stairs from the house entrance.
