The house Tga Clavo is located in the picturesque village center of Filisur, just off the village’s main street. It is both quiet and accessible. The bus stop “Filisur Dorf”, from where a postal bus drives up to the train station and the Lenzerheide, is only a minute. The private parking space can be reached on foot in two minutes, and further public parking spaces are available close by and at the end of the village (max. 7 minutes walk).

This cozy two-room apartment is ideal for accommodating two to four (or up to six) people. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a bedroom with a double bed (180cm) or two single beds. Both sofas in the living room can easily be pulled out into a comfortable bed (140cm). The thick old walls keep the heat out in summer and in winter the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in the living and dining room area. The living room has direct access to the garden seating area that hast a beautiful view over the Albula valley.

Minimum Stay 5 nights, less than 5 nights on request

The following flat rate costs are added: CHF 20.00 per person for bed linen and kitchen towels, CHF 150.00 for final cleaning, and CH 3.00 per person and night for tourist taxes (for adults and teenagers from 12 years).
