It includes one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. The inviting living room features a sofa bed suitable for up to two children. For added convenience, the basement is equipped with two washing machines, a tumble dryer, and shared amenities like a BBQ, children's games, raclette sets, a crepe pan, high chairs, and a baby bed. For parking, tenants with a bit of skill can utilize spaces directly in front of the garage at no extra charge. Additional public parking is available just 100 meters away.
