2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer und 1 Badezimmer auf 85 m² bieten Platz für 4 bis 5 Personen mit Balkon. Die Wohnung ist in der 2. Etage zu finden. Bequemerweise gibt es einen Aufzug und WIFI. Wenige Schritte zum herrlichen Davosersee

Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Nespresso- und einer Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster sowie Wasserkocher. Ein Backofen mit Mikrowelle, ein Fleisch- und Käsefondueset sowie ein Racletteofen ergänzen das Küchen-Equipment. Weiter hat es einen grossen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, sowie eine Spülmaschine, Zentralheizung. Wohnzimmer mit 2 gossen Couchmöbeln, 1 davon elektrisch verstellbar, TV mit Satellit Esstisch für 4-5 Personen. Zum Wohnkomfort gehört 1 Badezimmer mit einer Dusche, Waschmaschine, einem Haartrockner und einem WC, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind auch vorhanden.
Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (Doppelbett). Schlafzimmer mit sep. Einzelbett und Schlafcouch sowie moderne Konsole als Schreibtisch nutzbar.
Zusätzlich hat es im Haus eine Tiefgarage: Achtung nur 1.90 m hoch mit Schiebevorrichtung nur für normal lange Fahrzeuge, Aussen-Parkplatz CHF 10.00/Tag, Tischtennisraum, sowie Ski- und Skischuhkeller. 
Das Hallenbad/Sauna ist ab dem 04.06.2023-22.10.2023. und vom 18.11.2023-21.04.2024 offen.
