Cavigliano ist ein Tessinerdorf am Eingang des  Centovallis und des Onsernonetals.Möglichkeiten zum wandern, spazieren an der Promenade von Ascona oderunter den Arkaden von Locarno, Cavigliano ist der geeignete Ausgangspunkt auch mit öffentlichem Verkehr. Den Bahnhof der Centovallibahn erreichen sie in nur 3 Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Dorf. Zu Fuss erreichen Sie das Melezza Fluss in ca. 15 Minuten.

In der nahen Umgebung gibt es restaurants und schöne Grotti die Tessiner Spezialitäten anbieten. 1 Dorf Laden + 1 Apotheke sind vergügbar in Cavigliano.
