The nostalgic luxury lodging BARONY LE PERGOLE with 3 villas and total 10 luxury holiday apartments (non-smoker) of different sizes for 1-8 persons is situated in the most exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo, at foot of "Monte Bré" (sunniest mountain in Switzerland)near the lake (70 m airline) and the lakeside path to the picturesque village of “Gandria” (1,3 km). Peaceful and sunny placed away from the disturbance of urban and cantonal roads between private blind alley via Violetta and antique Oliven-footpath thrones this castlelike residence over a 4.000 m2 terraced Mediterranean tree-garden (natur-left) with panorama-view over Lake Lugano and nearby mountains.

Shared indoor-pool 4 x 8 m  for swimmers from 12 years and more, minors must be accompanied by adults.Charge

140 m2 sunbathing-terraces , deckchairs, sunshade and table-tennis is in function from June to September.  

Reserved at any time official closure due to Covid.

But within 130 m over private street + stairs down to the lake is a  comunal  boat- and bath-stage (free of charge) and in ca.
600 m over antique Olive-footpath to "Lido San Domenico" with swimming in the lake (with charge). 

All apartments with balconies and/or terraces are comfortable, cosy and tastefully furnished and with own access directly from
outside. and to reach directily from outside. "Bulthaup"-kitchens. Marble- and mosaic- bathrooms. Baby cots (free of charge) available.Satellit- and/or cable TV + WiFi  free of charge. Airconditioning/apparatus  in living- and bedrooms. Washer and dryer and/or on disposal a small washhouse with washer and dryer on the common terrace in front of the pool.
