Newly renovated and furnished 2½ room apartment in a chalet. Very quiet location with a view of the countryside, nestled in the mountains and away from the main road.  Comfortably and lovingly furnished with lots of wood.  Living room with cozy sofa bed 140x200cm, bedroom with box spring 180x200 cm. Sunny balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Free parking directly at the apartment.  Within walking distance of the lake with lido ( no charge, approx. 10 minutes downhill) and Kaiserstuhl train station (approx. 17 minutes, 1.3 km). The apartment is located in a former fishing village “Pescano” with 6 chalets. The spacious apartment is 50 m2 and has a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a cozy living room with pull-out sofa, dining table and access to the balcony (14 m2) and a small, fully equipped kitchen.  The apartment was renovated in 2024 and completely refurnished with great attention to detail. Bürglen/Kaiserstuhl is a quiet and very safe district in a rural setting between Lucerne and Interlaken.  The village lies at 692 m above sea level at the north-western end of Lake Lunger in the canton of Obwalden. Lungern lies on the other side of the lake. Bürglen can be reached from Kaiserstuhl via the road on the dam of the lake.  It has a few houses, an idyllic lakeside bathing area (free of charge) and a chapel. The settlement is located directly on the Lungerersee circular trail, which is suitable for baby carriages.
