‘Värmeln'! Electricity, rowboat, canoe and a bathing bridge by the beach edge, is included in the rent. It is allowed to fish in the lake with rod and hook if you buy a fishing license. The holiday home has 3 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed. The other two bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each. The house is decorated in an open and bright floor plan with lake views. The kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Outside there are several good locations - Near the house and close to the lake. The total area of terraces with and without cover is about 100 m2. NOTE; The fireplace must not be used. There are beautiful areas throughout the region and nice excursion opportunities (among other things, it only takes about 40 minutes by car to drive to Karlstad). Welcome!
