The old farmer stable has been converted into a modern and bright living unit with a large sleeping area upstairs in the loft, its own sauna, gym, kitchen and large living room with fireplace. Total are 110m2 living space available. A direct exit leads to the terrace with lake view. A private additional sauna directly on the lake Grängen, as well as a private bathing place is also included.

It is also possible to rent a boat with engine, a canoe, bicycles or even the Hot Tube / Badtunna.
The unit is located on our restored courtyard with large garden and private parking and is just 10 minutes from Ekshärad reachable, where the nearest shops, restaurants and pharmacy / medical center (Vårdcentral) is located.
