This holiday home is located the small village Stugun, approx. 75 km east of the city of Ostersund. The village has almost 700 inhabitants, and here you can live in beautiful nature - very close to the river Ammerån. Free electricity and internet. If you appreciate beautiful nature and a beautiful environment, then you will thrive really well here. You can fish in the river (fishing license required), and from the terrace and the holiday home you have a beautiful view of the river. The fishing in the river is a bit exclusive and well maintained, and there are therefore particularly high fees for fishing licenses (approx. SEK 100 / day or SEK 400 / week). However, there are many other fishing opportunities in the area where the fee for fishing licenses is quite low. On the plot there are 3 completely identical holiday homes. This house is “animal-free” but in other 2 houses you can bring a pet. The site is suitable for nature lovers or maybe two families traveling together. Share experiences but stay in your own holiday home. The holiday home has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed over the double bed (a bunk bed with a wide lower bed). Beds 4 and 5 are a sofa bed in the living room. There is a toilet and shower in the house with access via the bedroom. The open kitchen / living room has a kitchenette with 2 hotplates. There is a fridge with freezer as well as a microwave Owen and a kettle. There is internet and TV with the free Swedish channels. Electricity is incl. in the rent. Towards the river, the plot goes down steeply, and the large plot that belongs to the holiday homes is divided between the houses. Outside there is a barbecue and garden furniture. In addition to the exciting fishing, you can walk in the lovely forests and in the season pick mushrooms and berries or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If you want to go on an excursion, you can take the car to Östersund and arrive in approx. 50 minutes.
