Lovely 3 bed villa in the town of Sucina. On entering the spacious grounds, you will find a rattan 3 piece garden suite, outdoor table and chairs with parasol and umbrella for that much needed shade and small 3 METRE pool.

Entering the villa the downstairs comprises of open plan kitchen with all amenities, dining area has a modern dining table and four chairs. Lounge area has hot and cold air conditioning a three and two seater leather sofa, coffee table and TV cabinet housing the Wi-Fi router and 49 inch smart TV with all English channels, catch up and sky including movies and sports. Two bedrooms both with TV built in wardrobes and family bathroom consisting of large shower, WC and wash basin are also located downstairs.

Up the marble stairs to the 2nd floor you will find the master bedroom with 46 inch TV built in wardrobes with hot and cold air conditioning and bathroom consisting of large shower, WC and wash basin. A double patio door opens out on the large balcony with table and chairs.

The Villa is in Sucina which is a small Spanish town with a host of bars, restaurants, banks, 2 supermarkets, hairdressers pharmacy etc. The centre of town is a mere 10 mins walk from the villa

For those golf lovers there are 10 courses with in a 10 mile radius, the beaches of the mar manor are 15 mins away and the beaches of the Mediterranean are 20 mins away.

La Zenia Boulevard is 25 mins away with a host of restaurants, shops, including pull and bear, Primark and the like.
