This spacious modern house welcomes up to 6 guests and treats you to stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcúdia. Designed in a fresh coastal style that echoes the colours of the Mediterranean.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge flow together, so you can prepare meals, share stories round the table, and unwind on the sofa—all while watching sailing yachts drift across the bay. Three bedrooms occupy the ground floor: the master suite offers a double bed and its own en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third contains two single beds; the second and third bedrooms share a walk-in shower room, and a guest WC sits conveniently near the lounge. Outside, ground-level storage is ideal for bicycles, windsurf and kitesurf boards, or paddleboards.

The expansive terrace is your private retreat. Furnished with sun loungers, sofas, a dining table and chairs, it's the perfect spot for al fresco meals and sunset moments. A gas barbecue lets you cook fresh catches, and an outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse after a day in the sun. The terrace flows directly from the main living areas, making entertaining effortless.

Inside, you'll find everything for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and toaster; your own washing machine and tumble dryer; heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round; a Smart TV and DVD player for relaxation; and free WiFi throughout. All bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided, along with bathroom amenities. Cribs and high chairs are available on request for a small charge.

In der Reservierung dieser Immobilie ist der Stromverbrauch bis zu einer Höhe von 50 Euro enthalten, jeder weitere Verbrauch wird mit 0,35€/KWh berechnet. Die Zahlen auf dem Zähler werden aufgezeichnet und dann wieder auf den Check-out. Der Betrag ist am Tag der Abreise zu zahlen. Der Gast hat jederzeit die Möglichkeit, die Stromzähler zu überprüfen.
