The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, making it the ideal spot for al fresco meals or simply relaxing by the sea.

The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, Wi-Fi throughout the property, a portable gas barbecue, a safe, an alarm system and diesel central heating for the cooler months.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours, departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed,d please enquire at the time of booking. It is not always possible, but we will try to help.

We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organise the reception of clients and their departure.

Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity for 35 euros; any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, SWIFT or BIC number) either before or on arrival.

All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the checkout day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.

Cribs are available upon request for €15, and high chairs can also be provided upon request for €10.
