Villa with private pool, located in sevilla, guarantees maximum privacy and tranquility for an unforgettable vacation. The vacation home consists of a living room, a dining room, a very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (with 1 double bed each and in one of them a sofa bed), as well as 2 bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include washing machine, wifi and TV. In the outdoor area of the property, you will find a private outdoor pool where you can relax and cool off in the sun. On the uncovered terrace you can spend hours relaxing with your loved ones. In addition, there is a covered outdoor dining area where you can dine together at the table overlooking the garden and prepare a delicious dinner on the barbecue with local ingredients. The property requires a security deposit of 200 EUR to be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded the day after check-out via card or bank transfer. HOUSE POLICY *Additional persons are not allowed in the property (in case of additional person an extra supplement will be paid). *No parties or events of any kind are allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation. *Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially with regard to dishes (which must be washed and put in place) and garbage (which must be taken out). If this is not the case, there will be an additional cleaning charge. *Children under 5 years old can be accommodated free of charge with existing beds. *No parties or loud music are allowed during rest hours.
