Welcome to my charming, light-flooded 140sqm maisonette-style flat in the heart of the old town. The flat is located 5-10 minutes walk from the Cathedral, the famous Alameda or the "Setas". The flat has a large living room with its own dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), an elegant bathroom, an additional separate WC and a well-equipped kitchen. The showpiece of the flat is the 30 square metre terrace with awning and barbecue.

The highlights of this flat are the spacious 30 square metre private living terrace with awning, the recently furnished living room with dining area and the bright entrance area flooded with natural light and fitted with a glass wall.
