Large house spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the open-plan kitchen with dining area and adjoining living room. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. A corridor next to the kitchen leads to two further bedrooms. One of them has two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub. The other bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. These two bedrooms have access to the pool area.
An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a living room with access to a small terrace that offers sweeping views of the harbour of Porto Petro. There are three further bedrooms on this floor. One with two single beds and one with a double bed. Adjacent to these bedrooms is a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The last bedroom has a double bed, a living room, a bathroom with shower and access to a small terrace.
The living room on the first floor has access to a terrace. From this terrace, a staircase leads to the roof terrace with chill-out area and marvellous views of Porto Petro.
