The master bedroom on this floor, with views of the Teide, has a luxurious en suite bathroom; the shower and bath have light domed roofs. The fully equipped kitchen blends in endearingly "typico", and a separate guest WC completes this level. Direct access to a spacious terrace, a veranda and the upper garden invite you to enjoy the freedom of the outdoors. An elegant staircase leads to the lower floor with two harmonious double bedrooms. This includes a fully equipped bathroom with sauna for maximum relaxation, a separate WC and an additional small kitchen.

The enchanting lower garden opens up on this level. With a shady spot in a hammock or a bench under the large avocado tree, there is room to relax everywhere. The large pool on the middle garden level, a true paradise, becomes the centre of the entertainment area. Next to the pool is the "bodega". A space fully equipped with a bar, barbecue and seating area; the perfect setting for lively evenings outdoors. Above this is the "Plaza del Sol" level. The magical place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets or to celebrate a dinner under the open sky. The villa's garden is mature. Large palm trees and plants create a wonderful setting. This property represents a charming combination of luxury, comfort and nature.
