This unique holiday home has both an authentic and contemporary look and is very attractively furnished. Here, you can enjoy absolute rest and privacy. Feel like some action? Within 20 minutes you'll be at the beach and at the city of Ibiza. Of course, the villa has been furnished with a lovely private swimming pool and a sun terrace. Beach umbrellas are not required, since there are plenty of spots with shade from the surrounding trees. The cozy Santa Gertrudis is located 5 km away and is a mecca of culinary diversity. The village is very picturesque and numerous artists have settled here. Therefore there are plenty of art galleries in the near vicinity. If you drive north, then you will arrive in the town Portinax (21 km), via the green, slightly hilly landscape. It is surrounded by several rock formations with beautiful bays in between them. Note: Pets are allowed only on request. Please consult the owner in advance regarding availability, the number of pets permitted, and the applicable fee, which may vary based on the type and size of the pet(s). To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: EURO150 for lost keys, EURO50 per makeup-stained towel, EURO50 for dirty dishes, and EURO100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a EURO100 to EURO250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
