Casa Cala Llonga is nestled among fragrant orange trees and just 800 meters from the golden sands of Cala Llonga Beach, offering the perfect family getaway in Ibiza. This beautiful, fully renovated traditional Ibizan house combines rustic charm with modern comfort, creating a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation. With thick whitewashed walls that keep the interior naturally cool, Casa Cala Llonga also features air conditioning in all rooms. The house is spread over two floors: Ground floor: Spacious living room with satellite TV and direct access to the terrace and pool Fully equipped kitchen with a window overlooking the pool area, ideal for keeping an eye on the children while cooking Two bedrooms, each with two single beds Shared bathroom with bathtub Upper floor: Master bedroom with a 1.50 m double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower Cozy living room with a desk, perfect for working in peace or reading Access to a large terrace with views of the countryside, featuring a round wooden table and two chairs Outdoor area: 8×4 m private pool with lounge chairs Traditional water well, adding a rustic touch to the house Barbecue area with a wooden table, chairs, and a parasol Private parking space To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: EURO150 for lost keys, EURO50 per makeup-stained towel, EURO50 for dirty dishes, and EURO100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a EURO100 to EURO250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
