The outdoor area boasts an 11 x 4 meter private pool, multiple terraces, a shaded veranda, sun loungers, and a BBQ for alfresco dining, perfect for enjoying the Ibiza climate. To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: EURO150 for lost keys, EURO50 per makeup-stained towel, EURO50 for dirty dishes, and EURO100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a EURO100 to EURO250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
