Description

The 80 m² holiday flat is located on the third floor of a five-storey residential building in a gated community, just a few metres from the coast, the port and the train station in the town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The house was last renovated in 2015 and can accommodate up to six people.

From the living room there is access to the balcony. Here you will find a table and chairs as well as an awning and you can enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains. In total, the residential complex has two communal swimming pools, one for adults and one specifically for children. There are also communal ping pong tables, a mini golf course and a children's playground. There is also a 24-hour surveillance system. You can park your car in the hotel's own car park or in your own parking space.

The flat has three bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), one with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m) and the third with an extra bed (0.90 m each) and a bunk bed. The two brightly tiled bathrooms are equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet. The bright kitchen is also equipped with a cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. In the adjoining room you will also find a washing machine and an iron. The living room has a dining table and chairs for six people, as well as a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the flat. There is also a washing machine. One small dog is allowed.

Shopping facilities, as well as the port and the nearest train station, are about 100 metres away. There are regular trains to Barcelona from the station. There are also restaurants within 100 m and the centre of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is approximately 1 km away. The flat is ideal for a beach holiday with the option to visit Barcelona and offers the opportunity to go fishing.
