Beautiful traditional Ibizan house that retains all the authenticity and charm of the houses of yesteryear. It is located in a quiet area between the villages of Sant Joan and Sant Miquel, close to the beaches of Benirrás and Cala Xarraca. The layout of the rooms follows the standards of typical Ibizan houses. At the entrance to the house there is a covered porch which, through a large wooden door, gives access to the main room, where the dining room and sitting area are located. This room is the center of the house and gives access to the bedrooms and kitchen. In the kitchen there is a second dining room and a small room that is used as a pantry and laundry room. It has 4 bedrooms: three doubles (two with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be joined or separated according to the needs of the guests) and one bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the main living room and kitchen. Built on thick stone walls, the house is very cool and pleasant even in the hottest months. There are two full bathrooms with showers inside the house and an outdoor bathroom in the pool area. The exterior of the house is completely fenced and has a shallow swimming pool suitable for children, surrounded by a beautiful garden. In the pool area there is also a comfortable covered porch with an outdoor table, crockery, a large American-style barbecue, and a refrigerator. It is also very pleasant and cozy for the low season or a winter getaway, as it has two fireplaces. Note - Guests must contact the partner a few days before arrival to confirm pet acceptance and the applicable fee, which may vary depending on the pet’s type and size.
