A stylish country house in an exclusive location just 250 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Vadella, undoubtedly a great privilege. It is an antique farmhouse with 7000m2 of land that was completely restored in 2014. The huge property with no other houses guarantees absolute privacy. Also, the entrance to the house closes with an automatic gate, so that no stranger can enter. Your private swimming pool is in front of the house, surrounded by a high quality artificial lawn. To enjoy this area there are several sunbeds, tables and chairs and a chill-out area, as well as a shower. The grill is located under a covered porch, very spacious and with an outdoor table. The house is equipped with all comforts and with stylish furniture. It has an alarm system, automatic shutters, Wifi internet, air conditioning and central heating. On the beach Cala Vadella there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants, as well as a bus to other parts of the island. To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: EURO150 for lost keys, EURO50 per makeup-stained towel, EURO50 for dirty dishes, and EURO100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a EURO100 to EURO250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
