Discover the enchanting charm of Ibiza in this beautifully renovated 500-year-old country house, located in the serene San Carlos area. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and Formentera while being just minutes away from the lively Las Dalias hippie market and Bar Anita, with Aguas Blancas beach only 6 km away. This family-friendly sanctuary boasts expansive grounds with a children's playground, a game room featuring a pool table, and a sparkling pool complemented by a professional outdoor kitchen. Ideal for both summer and winter stays, you can host alfresco dinners on the terrace or relax in the sun-soaked gardens. The two-story home includes a traditional kitchen with a fireplace, a spacious living room with satellite TV, and four bedrooms (two doubles with en-suites and two twins, one also with an en-suite). There are four bathrooms, including an outdoor shower, and the upper bedrooms have air conditioning. Full heating ensures comfort for winter and spring getaways. To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: EURO150 for lost keys, EURO50 per makeup-stained towel, EURO50 for dirty dishes, and EURO100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a EURO100 to EURO250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
