General:
• BBQ – Whole BBQ area is dated, does not work and filthy dirty. • Sauna – Broken does not work • Jacuzzi – filthy dirty and does not work • Swimming Pool – Freezing cold even after pool heater being turned on • Sun Loungers – 50% of them are broken • Fun for kids as listed – there is non • Beds – Beds and mattresses are broken very old, uncomfortable as they are rock hard and pillows have zero cushioning in them, I have a pregnant wife whom cant sleep on the beds due the uncomfort of the beds provided. • Main Bathroom – the main master bathroom has a sewage smell that cant be removed, we have had to purchased candles and diffusers to try to distract the smell. • Bathrooms – the showers are all dated and broken, we have had cold showers mainly, the drainage does not work correctly after brushing teeth the whole sink feels up and does not drain after several hours. • Gym – villa was sold with gym equipment, there is minimal and what is there is broken, one piece even broke when one of our guests used and injured them. • Garden – the maintenance is appealing the grass is over grown and weeds throughout. • Wasp Nests – all surrounding the villa there are various Wasps nests, which has lead to there being swarms of wasp’s in the garden, resulting in our kids being stung. • Toaster – broken and trips the whole kitchen power if turned on. • Sofas – dirty , smelly and have large holes in. The overall general cleanness and maintenance of the villa is appalling, the villa is drastically dated all the furniture and appliances are old and broken. The Villa is filthy dirty and there are no cleaning appliances for the villa to be cleaned, we have had to out of our own money go buy brooms, mops and cleaning products just to keep the villa tidy, we would have at least expected for the large amount of money we paid a cleaner come visit a couple of times especially if you are not providing cleaning equipment for us to do.
