Built more than a century ago, the house dates back to 1890, but completely renovated in 2020 and retains the structure of traditional Herreña architecture noticeable in the finials and windows, ceilings and carved wooden doors, renovated with high quality materials, stone walls over a metre wide, with barely noticeable changes in temperature, which conveys peace inside and out, "a house with soul".
