The 3-storey villa is set in beautifully landscaped grounds. - The ground floor comprises a living room with fireplace, a dining room and an open-plan kitchen, which open onto a large terrace with magnificent sea views. - The lower floor comprises 5 bedrooms: a master suite with its own bathroom (walk-in shower, bath and WC), 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds that can be converted into double beds. These bedrooms open onto a large terrace with sea views. They are completed by a children's bedroom with 2 beds. There are 3 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs on this level. - The pool level floor comprises a double bedroom with shower room and separate WC and a large lounge with open-plan kitchen, opening onto a large teak terrace by the pool. This level also includes a large open awning housing garden furniture and a pool table. - The 5 x 12 m swimming pool, protected by an automatic cover, is surrounded by lawns and offers a large space for relaxation. - On the roof of the house, a vast solarium offers a breathtaking view over the bay of Sa Riera.
In order to respect the peace and quiet of the surrounding area, no parties or events are permitted (hen/stag parties, birthdays, etc.). We accept groups of at least 35 years old, made up of families with children. We do not accept groups of adults only.
