Fantastically situated in nature, the chill-out villa is the perfect starting point and the ideal holiday address for stress-stricken people and those looking for peace and quiet on their way back to nature at any time of the year. The holiday home is located 35 km north of the lively university town of Murcia and is well connected to the A30 motorway (Blanca exit) and the towns of Blanca and Ricote. The beaches of the Costa Cálida, the Mar Menor and the ancient port city of Cartagena, which is well worth seeing, can be reached in around an hour's drive. We recommend a rental car for your stay, destination airports are Alicante or Murcia.Unforgettable days in a natural paradise all year round
  • In spring, almond, apricot and peach blossoms lure with their colorful splendor as well as the Easter celebrations of Semana Santa. The first harvest tastes good in early summer, fresh fruit and vegetables from the region are offered at the weekly markets in Blanca, Ricote or Archena.
  • In summer there is a light, pleasant breeze and the fully automatic private pool with an inviting terrace delights young and old. The summer holidays become a relaxing time-off – the evening BBQ with a sundowner and a view of the mountains becomes a cherished feast with your loved ones.
  • Autumn still offers wonderfully warm days and is perfect for hiking and mountain biking tours or for "just soaking up the sun". The olive harvest brings freshly pressed olive oil to the mills. "From hand to mouth" - almond harvest right on the premises! Well-signposted hiking routes around the Valle de Ricote and Sierra de Ricote areas invite you to extensive tours in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The orange and lemon blossoms intoxicate the senses.
  • The Spanish winter sun warms you up during the day, and the brightness recharges your batteries. The chill-out villa counteracts the nocturnal coolness with a cozy log fire with chalet character and the central heating in the house.
Four cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower offer space for a total of seven guests plus a small child, because there is also a foldable baby bed available. It is comfortable in the salon with the cozy seating area in front of the fireplace, with WLAN, high-quality hi-fi system with CD/DVD/radio and large flat-screen TV (including international programs, including a large selection of German-language channels). The fully equipped kitchen with double fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender and a dining area spoiled with the morning sun is available for individual self-sufficiency and free time management. The fantastic gallery level on the upper floor presents itself with a chill and work area, a private, multilingual library, an additional hi-fi system with CD/radio, a large CD collection of different genres and access to the roof terrace with a seating area and relaxation loungers.

The terrace, which is directly accessible from the kitchen, with BBQ and outdoor seating area, guarantees short distances and barbecue experiences with a fantastic view of the mountains. A total of four furnished, partially covered terraces with a view in all four directions invite you to relax during the day or to stargaze and moonbathe at night. The private pool, which is wonderfully embedded in the landscape, offers pool loungers for sun-seekers, a covered lounge corner for chatting with family and friends and, of course, cooling and fun for water fans. In the hammock you can unwind. The 9000 sqm large, fenced property is covered with the olive and almond trees typical of the Campo, flowering oleander bushes and a variety of trees and shrubs. Dogs are very welcome - there is even a kennel with a separate outdoor area if required. The wide driveway with a lockable gate borders the little-used but tarred road, numerous parking spaces are available on the site free of charge.

The special equipment:A more than 100 square meter ground-level, rectangular activity area on the premises, yoga mats and meditation cushions for all guests as well as the chill area in the gallery with a spacious work table including free WiFi offer the best conditions for different event formats in small groups. Whether Qi Gong, Pilates, Tai Chi and meditation or mastermind groups with writing and author workshops, offline meetings, walk & talk or workation. Subletting as well as events with unregistered persons are not permitted. In the case of firmly booked seminar groups, the organizer is considered the tenant. The rocks of the Valle de Ricote soar impressively into the steel-blue sky in sensational formations. Thousands of lemon and orange trees enchant in the valley with their lush greenery and wonderful fruit. The scent wafts intoxicatingly through the air during the orange blossom. The wind moves the palm fronds elegantly. The Moorish origin of the settlements is recognizable everywhere, as the Valle de Ricote reminded the Moors of their Moroccan valleys, among other things. Norias, the large, often wooden water wheels, are a working and silent testimony of this time.Numerous well-marked hiking and walking trails lead through the valley or up the mountains, depending on interest and level of difficulty. The outlook and far-reaching views always remain breathtaking and fascinating. The highest peak is called Los Almeces and is reached at 1122 meters above sea level. The neighboring mountains are the territory of the local ibex.Hiking and climbing fans are enthusiastic about the wonderfully wooded mountain slopes of the Sierra de Ricote and the wild, rugged, varied Campo de Ricote above the valley. Almond and olive trees dominate the vegetation here, particularly impressive with the bright pink and white almond blossoms in spring. Rabbits feel at home here, the butterflies flutter in competition and the morning bird concerts are a pleasure. The evening fades into late autumn with chirping crickets, the night inspires curious stargazers and moonlight fans.The Mirador Alto del Bayna near Blanca, a viewing platform above the river, offers a unique, relaxed all-round view. The Azud de Ojós reservoir is a freshwater reserve, energy supplier, bird paradise and paddling area all at the same time.The thermal complex Balneario de Archena scores with thermal baths, high-quality medical services and beauty treatments on more than 200,000 square meters, located directly in the Valle de Ricote Natural Park.The villages surrounding the holiday home are Blanca (4km, approx. 6,500 inhabitants), Abarán (8km, approx. 13,000 inhabitants) and Cieza (14km, approx. 35,000 inhabitants) in a northwesterly direction as well as Ricote (5km, approx. 1,500 inhabitants), Archena (14km, approx. 20,000 inhabitants) and Murcia (35km, approx. 450,000 inhabitants) in a southeasterly direction. Blanca already offers the complete infrastructure of shops for daily needs, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, bars/cafes.
