Beautiful villa with private pool in a quiet and tourist residential area, just 2 minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. Also, it is well communicated by public transport with the area of s'??Arenal and Palma - the bus stop is just 100 metres away.
This fabulous villa is located on a plot of 200m2 where its large swimming pool and garden area stands out. The outside area is fully equiped with sundbeds and a large table to gather all around. Also, all our villas feature a good BBQ so you can enjoy your evenings by the pool with a good meal.
The villa features 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to host up to 8 guests.The large living room has total access from the swimming pool through its large glass door.
The property features central air conditioning so it covers all the house, also with heat pump for the winter.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has heating and air conditioning throughout the house.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
