Beautiful villa in the best location in Nueva Andalucía: 4 minutes driving from Porto Banus and the beach, 100 meters from Mercadona (big supermarket) and the best restaurants and pubs, and next to the bus stop. Private and quiet, it offers a nice view of La Concha and the surrounding mountains. Decorated with taste and with all the amenities you need, it is perfect for families or a group of friends. The sofa-bed allows for a 9th person to sleep if necessary.

The villa lays in a 1,000 square meters plot with a 350 square meters building area.

Outside there is a big garden with flowers, palm trees and a large grass area, a nice swimming pool (10*6 meters) with deck and 2 terraces.
