The exterior area of this villa is wonderful. There are several garden areas and, in general terms, a beautiful plot, but the best of it all is the chlorine pool which is surrounded by the beautiful views to the mountains and the fields around. The pool sizes 7 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 0.9 to 2 metres. You can sunbathe on the two sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the peace and privacy. And a few steps away you find the porch of the house which is perfectly furnished to spend a nice evening and enjoy a delicious barbecue by a glass of wine. The house is laid out on just one floor. The living - dining - kitchen, with AC, is very comfy since we have all we need in the same room. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob to cook while you enjoy an appetiser and chat for a while. Then, you can sit on the sofa and watch the satellite TV channels or read a good book. You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board in an independent space. There is one bedroom for you to rest at night featuring a double bed, closet and AC, and finally you will find a shower bathroom. Moscari is a small charming village located amid the Tramuntana mountain range and belonging to the municipality of the picturesque town of Selva. The area of Moscari is perfect for those in search of peace, mountains, excursions and also those who want to know the Mallorcan habits and traditions. You will also find all you may need during your stay like a restaurant in the town square called Sa Plaça. However, you will have to drive 5 km to Inca for more services and shopping. Then, the nearest beach is the one in Puerto de Alcudia, about 18 km away. It boasts an extensive area of white and soft sand and crystalline water. We also recommend you visit the beautiful beaches of rock and stone in the Tramuntana mountain range like Cala Tuent or sa Calobra. Please note that due to certain features, this accommodation is not suitable for families with small children.
