There is also a spacious bathroom with double washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub with shower on the upper floor. The heart of the house is the cosy living room, where you can relax on two comfortable sofas after a trip to the beach. A television with satellite TV and a stereo system provide entertainment in the evening. A crackling fire in the adjacent wood-burning stove emphasises the cosiness in the evening. As a separate room, the kitchen offers you plenty of space and all the appliances and utensils you need for convenient self-catering. There is a fridge-freezer combination, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with oven, a coffee machine, a toaster and a double sink. The shower room on the ground floor and the bathroom on the upper floor both have a bathroom window.

The sea, the village with nightlife options and restaurants are just 400 metres away. The pool is ready from June 2023.
