Sa Murtera des Pagos is a Majorcan style manor house, situated near Manacor and Sant Llorenç (in the east of Mallorca). Its privileged location offers spectacular views of the Mallorcan countryside. The size of both the estate and the house is particularly noteworthy.

It has been restored with great attention to detail with the preservation and restoration of many old historical elements.

The house consists of a living room, a large dining room and a kitchen with its own fireplace and equipped with everything necessary. It has a capacity for 9 people, 4 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and 4 bathrooms. The upper floor of the house has a terrace with beautiful views of the pool and garden.

In the outside area there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a lawn and garden areas. There are several sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing.

There is also a shaded table where you can enjoy your culinary delights in the open air.

The finca is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation such as fruit trees (olive and almond trees), creating a unique and tranquil setting. There is no better place to experience and enjoy a deep sense of peace and tranquillity.
