This pretty country estate is located in a wonderfully quiet location close to the town of Manacor, Mallorca's second largest city on the east coast. With a living area of ??around 115 m², the house offers in total three air-conditioned double bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds each) and two bathrooms with shower, so there is enough space for up to 6 people. The living room is equipped with WiFi Internet, satellite TV, an adjacent dining table and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor. The third bedroom is accessed via an external staircase to the upper floor, which has its own bathroom with shower. From the entrance of the property there are four steps that go down to the beautiful garden with a covered barbecue and dining table. From here you reach the highlight of the Finca, the adjacent terrace with a covered seating area made of wooden benches, many parasols, corner sofas and of course sun loungers. The private 9m x 4.5m pool (depth 0.90m x 1.90m) invites you to cool off and, behind the pool terrace, there is a hammock between the trees to relax in the shade. Next to the terrace there is also a guest toilet with sink and two outdoor showers. The surroundings of the estate offer plenty of peace and tranquility to relax and in and around the nearest town of Manacor there is a large selection of very good restaurants, golf courses, various shops and supermarkets. The nearest beaches are Mallorca's popular coves in and around Porto Cristo, and Sa Coma and Cala Millor are also just a 10-15 minute drive away.
