On one floor with approximately 250 m², the house consists of a cosy and nicely decorated living room with satellite TV, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the covered terrace. In total there are four bedrooms ( 1x double bed, 3x single beds that can be joined together ) and three bathrooms ( 2x shower, 1x shower in bath ) and of which one is EnSuite and one is accessed from the outside. All bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room have their own air-conditioning.

The highlight of this finca is undoubtedly the beautiful natural garden with the lawn area surrounding the pool. The covered terrace next to the pool with comfortable sofas offers plenty of shade. The pool measures 9 m x 5 m (depth 0,90 - 1,70 m, salt water) and is perfectly integrated in the garden. Near the covered porch of the house with dining table and sofas, there is a barbecue area. For a bit of activity, there is a ping pong table, a trampoline, football goals and basketball goals.

The location is perfect, the town of Manacor is only 2 minutes away by car, and the nearest beaches such as Cala Mandia, Porto Cristo or the Calas de Mallorca are only 10 - 15 minutes away.
