Just 2 km from Los Álamos and La Carihuela beaches (Torremolinos), and 1 km from Parador Málaga Golf, it is an ideal destination for sea and golf lovers. The environment is very comprehensive: supermarkets, restaurants and leisure are less than 5 minutes by car. For a family day out, the Plaza Mayor shopping centre, 10 minutes away, offers shopping and cinema, as well as a commuter train station that connects with Málaga's historic and cultural centre, perfect for those who prefer not to drive. ?

For relaxation, the living room has a large TV and a very comfortable atmosphere. The windows and exterior doors are of high quality with double glazing, ensuring thermal and acoustic insulation. There are also air conditioning units with heat pumps in all rooms for an ideal climate throughout the year. ??

Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a modern shower tray en-suite as well as a third bathroom with a shower next to a bedroom. ?
The accommodation measures 180 m² and offers views of the mountain and garden, in a quiet and child-friendly development, with easy access to businesses and public transport. Among the services, it includes free WiFi, private pool, garden with furniture, terrace, barbecue, outdoor parking and heating.
The weekly cleaning service is available for stays of more than 7 nights, and exterior maintenance is also coordinated with guests.
