The other building, the lower house, houses the large living room with open plan kitchen, furnished with a large dining table, a sofa, a satellite television and a stereo. A circular arch and a service hatch partially separate the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, a dishwasher, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. This house also has a wooden roof, giving it a cosy atmosphere. The house also offers wireless internet access.

The closest shopping facilities are about 2 kilometres from the house. It is about 5 km to the beach and the ocean and one kilometre to public transport.
