There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and 1 toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, while the laundry room has a washing machine. The spacious living-dining room features a TV and provides access to the terrace and private garden (63 m²). The villa also has a garage and is ideal for families. Please note that reservations for young groups under 35 years of age are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
